Arab Investments have been at the forefront in developing Islamic Structured Finance within the United Kingdom - acting together with companies such as HSBC and Hypo Real Estate Bank International.

Harin Thaker, CEO of Hypo Real Estate Bank International Europe said in a press release dated June 30th 2005:

"Hypo Real Estate Bank International announces today that it has provided GBP 125 million of Sharia compliant investment to help financing the GBP 146 million acquisition of 33 Grosvenor Place London, by an investment vehicle sponsored by Arab Ivestments Limited.  Whilst we have already undertaken a number of Sharia compliant financings through our office in Paris, this transaction represents our first such financing from London.

We are delighted to have had the opportunity to work with Arab Investments Limited in the structuring and execution of this transaction".
